Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes!
Beginner level yoga class taught with the company of our goats! 30-minutes of yoga followed by Goat Happy Hour which is free time with our goats to take pictures and enjoy goat cuddles.
*No yoga experience needed. *Limited parking, carpooling highly encouraged.
*Class starts promptly at 11 am. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early.
